QLD Quality Smoke Alarms
By purchasing from or engaging with QLD Quality Smoke Alarms (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. General
These Terms of Service apply to all purchases, products, and services supplied by QLD Quality Smoke Alarms. We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Products
All products supplied are new and provided in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Product images and descriptions are indicative only and may vary slightly from the item supplied.
3. Orders
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct products are selected prior to purchase.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch or installation (if applicable).
5. Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. QLD Quality Smoke Alarms is not liable for delays caused by couriers, suppliers, or events outside our control.
6. Refunds & Returns
QLD Quality Smoke Alarms operates a strict no-refund policy, except where products are damaged during shipping.

No refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection
Any shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

7. Faulty Products & Warranty
QLD Quality Smoke Alarms does not handle warranty claims.
If a product is faulty on arrival or at any time after purchase, the issue must be raised directly with the manufacturer under their warranty terms:

All warranty assessments, repairs, or replacements are the responsibility of the manufacturer.
8. Installation
Where products are installed by the customer or a third party:

QLD Quality Smoke Alarms is not responsible for incorrect installation

Any damage caused during installation voids eligibility for refunds or returns

Products are deemed accepted once installation commences
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QLD Quality Smoke Alarms is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use, installation, or failure of supplied products.
10. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts, or modifies rights available under Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees may apply where a product has a major failure as defined by law.
